Our Services

What we Provide:

The clinic provides primary healthcare, urgent primary healthcare, immunizations, flu shots, and laboratory services. Public disease prevention and education is offered for Diabetes, Heart Disease, Obesity, Mental health and Asthma. Mental health counseling is offered through Community HealthCore. Substance Abuse is available through a service agreement with the East Texas Alcohol and Drug Abuse Center. The clinic provides case management to assist in accessing other community resources. East Texas Border Health Clinic is a federally qualified health center with locations in Jefferson and Marshall, Texas. The clinic accepts patients of all ages.
