The mission of the East Texas Border Health Clinic is to establish and provide primary care health services to the local population including all ages, sexes, and ethnic groups regardless of ability to pay; emphasizing preventative aspects of health and the treatment of acute and chronic illness. The East Texas Border Health Clinic also strives to be a vital and integral part of the community in promoting wellness and safety through community education and partnering with community agencies.
Our Organization:
Established in 2004, East Texas Border Health Clinic provides quality health care to individuals seeking affordable high quality health care. This non-profit primary health care organization is governed by a Board of Director's of which 51% are also consumers of the clinic who reside in Harrison and Marion Counties of Northeast Texas ensuring the community health care needs are addressed. The two full time clinics located in Jefferson and Marshall, Texas is staffed by experienced, well-trained providers and support staff.

To meet the needs of the community, we will:
Provide primary medical care to all ages in our clinic or through referral resources.
Provide preventive dental services in our clinic or through referral services.
Assist people in accessing appropriate community resources through information and referral services.
Network with other groups and organizations that share our common goals.
Marshall and Jefferson hours of operation are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 7:30am to 5:30pm, Tuesday from 8:00am to 6:00pm, Friday from 8:00am to 12:00pm. Our Marshall office is also open Saturday 8:00am to 12pm.
